Save your work as images or render a full video.
Export Options Overview
Videoz offers four export methods: JPG image, PNG image, SD video (720p), and HD video (1080p). Choose based on your needs.
Export as JPG
Click JPG to save the current frame as a JPEG image. Best for photos and complex visuals with many colors. The file is small but uses lossy compression. Transparency is not supported.
JPG is ideal for thumbnails, social media posts, and sharing still frames.
Export as PNG
Click PNG to save the current frame as a PNG image. Preserves transparency (alpha channel) and lossless quality. File size is larger than JPG.
PNG is ideal for graphics with text, logos, and when you need a transparent background.
Choose Video Quality
Before exporting video, select quality:
SD (720p) — 1280×720 pixels. Faster to export, smaller file size. Good for social media and mobile viewing.
HD (1080p) — 1920×1080 pixels. Better quality for YouTube, presentations, and desktop viewing.
Export Video
Click the blue Export button to start rendering. A progress indicator shows the percentage complete. The video renders in your browser using the MediaRecorder API — nothing is uploaded to a server.
Export time depends on: video length, resolution, number of effects, and your computer's speed.
Keep the browser tab open during export.
When complete, the video file downloads automatically.
Save Your Project
Use Save to download a .json project file. This saves all layers, settings, and file references. You can reload it later with Load to continue editing.
Project files include all clip positions, effects, and settings.
Large media files (images, videos) are referenced by URL — you will need the original files to reload them.
Auto-save runs periodically in the background.
